Looking For Someone To Fill Last Room

I currently live in West Didsbury, Burton Road, with 2 other girls in a 4 bed flat, but it’s more like a house that is split into three separate living spaces. We were a house of 4 but one of my friends decided to move home so we're looking for someone to fill their room. The house is very cottage core vibes and we've made it very homely, we have a large garden that is only for our use. Three of the rooms are in the basement but they're huge. Two of us are working professionals and the other works in a bar in town. I work 3 days from home in the week, also we have 1 vegetarian and 1 vegan! We're a very clean house and often in the living room chilling, watching TV and we go out maybe once a week for a couple drinks our usual is The Pier Hat in town or there’s a few on Burton Road or sometimes Chorlton.
We live 5 mins from the tram and it’s about 20 mins into the centre, I get it most days and it’s really convenient. Also 10 mins to bus stop that also takes you into town.
It’s a very quiet and pretty area surrounded by mostly family housing.
Ages are 22, 22 & 23.
Rent is £500 and all bills around £80 depending on the month.
