The room is large and comes furnished with a king size bed, big wardrobe with mirror and rail, chest of drawers and two bedside tables. Plenty of room for a desk for WFH and close to WiFi router for solid connection.

There’s a large kitchen with plenty of storage, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, two washing machines, two fridges and full size freezer. There’s a large living room in the basement and lots of storage space too. There are two shared bathrooms, one on the first floor and another on the second floor. All bills included, TV licence and Internet as well, Internet is fast and reliable, 300mb Virgin Media. The house also has a lovely sunny back garden which is regularly maintained by the landlord’s gardener. There’s space for three cars on the driveway as well lots of on-street spaces available via a free residents permit

The landlord is great, very responsive and proactively addresses any issues.
