Large Double Bedroom in Girls House in West Dids

Hello, we’re Reina, Jordan and Meg and we are looking for someone to fill a large double bedroom in a lovely spacious semi detached Victorian house! The house is £480 month (plus £105 bills inc water, wifi, gas & council tax). The house has a large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a yard (perfect for cocktail and BBQs nights!!)

The large double bedroom is on the second floor, and has one big wardrobe, a large chest of drawers and a double bed. It looks out towards a pretty view at back of the house.

The house is very well located and is about a 10 minute walk to burton road met stop and burton road high street where we often enjoy the pubs + bars on offer! The other way there is withington which is a 7 min walk and has plenty of amenities. There is also a bus stop at the end of Everett road (off Cromer avenue) which is perfect for getting the bus into town (30 mins approx).

The road is a cul de sac making it really peaceful whilst still having west didsbury and withington very close by. Car parking permits are available in our road for free through the Christie parking scheme.

We like to spend time together but equally happy to do our own thing! We are ideally looking for a young professional.
