West Didsbury House Share

Right guys so this is a 7 bedroom house with to my surprise when I first moved in has a hell of a lot of advantages.

1. Great housemates helped me out a lot with general concerns weather it may be big or small and as long as you communicate with them they will help you out.

2. The area is very very safe in a beautiful neighbourhood with good people.

3. Beautiful area lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, food shops and more that would take you no more than 6.5 minutes to walk if you are a slow walker. Apart from Lidl’s which is a 15 minute walk.

4. Two tram stops 4 minutes away each and bus stops which is 4 minutes away also.

5. Two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, washer and dryer. Also cleaner comes once a month which is a bonus.

6. Bills usually come to £40-£60 at best as it is summer it will be the low end.

7. Plenty of storage space in my room with three windows and good views.

So what more do you want the best part of Manchester, beautiful area, great people, great things to do with some good people and a good price.
