Hello hello, we’re looking for a new housemate to move in from 1st February in our 6-bed house just off Burton Road.
Currently in the house are Phoebe, Rob, Kasha, Fergus and myself, with our wonderful housemate Marsha is leaving us to move to Australia. We’re an active and sociable house and enjoy spending time with each other, usually either at the pub or watching tv/films together in the lounge.
The house has a large lounge and kitchen with two shared bathrooms, although there’s a lot of us we’ve always found there’s more than enough room.
We’re all young professionals between 25-28 so looking for someone of a similar age with a similar work schedule through the week.
The house is a five minute walk to Burton Road tram stop, with plenty of bus stops nearby and walking distance to Didsbury Village and Withington. There is a large garden and drive with space for parking or on street parking with a free permit.
Rent is £127.50 per week (£552.50pcm) with council tax being and additional £32.80pcm and all other bills being coming to £50-£60 per month.
The landlord requires:
A UK financial guarantor with proof of address and photo ID.
A job offer letter or employer reference.
Photo ID of applicant for Right to Rent Legislation.
