Double room to rent in West Didsbury (opposite the tram stop), available to rent from 1st April.

The room is in a four bed flat, which is split over two floors. This is a top floor bedroom which comes furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The three other rooms are rented by one woman and two men, all young professionals.

There are two shared bathrooms (one on each floor), a large and bright living room and a kitchen.

It's a perfect location to be close to town (20 min tram) with the benefit of green space. The flat is on Lapwing Lane arcade and has a post office, pharmacy, shops, cafes and restaurants below the flat. There are a few gorgeous parks nearby and both Didsbury Village and Burton Rd are within 10-15 minutes walking distance.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and respectful of the shared space. We are a sociable bunch, quite regularly out at the weekend but also enjoy spending a night in watching a film and enjoying a good cuppa!

We pay £395 for the rent and roughly £85 - 95 for bills :)
