Double room to rent in West Didsbury (opposite the tram stop), available to rent from 1st April.

The room is in a four bed flat, which is split over two floors. This is a top floor bedroom which comes furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The three other rooms are rented by guys, all young professionals.

There are two shared bathrooms (one on each floor), a large and bright living room and a kitchen.

It's a perfect location to be close to town (20 min tram) with the benefit of green space. The flat is on Lapwing Lane arcade and has a post office, pharmacy, shops, cafes and restaurants below the flat. There are a few gorgeous parks nearby and both Didsbury Village and Burton Rd are within 10-15 minutes walking distance.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and respectful of the shared space. We are a sociable bunch, quite regularly out at the weekend but also enjoy having a quiet one.

We pay £395 for the rent and roughly £85 - 95 for bills :)
