Hey! We’re looking for someone to join two professional gals in our lovely home in West Didsbury.

We’re both in our early 30s and work from home. We love meals out, pub trips, gigs, the cinema and hosting dinner parties as much as we love a big chill in the house cooking, watching our fave series or films or reading a good book. We’re looking for a similar girly who is friendly, sociable, easygoing, and tidy.

The room is a nice double size, light and airy with a shared bathroom. It’s also perfect if you WFH as a home office is available for use with the room. There’s a large open plan kitchen dining area, cosy living room, outside space and plenty of storage in the basement/attic.

The house is perfectly located within a 5 min walk of Burton Road tram stop, shops, restaurants, bars and Cavendish park.

The room is available from the 1st May for £600 a month, bills are roughly £150 a month.

Deposit will be approx £600 (tbc with the letting agents).
