The house:
-Cosy house with character, sweet front garden and area to keep bikes. 

- Amazing location on Burton road, shops, bars and tram literally at your doorstep.
- Available parking however we both drive (may need to play musical cars), available off-road parking too. 

- The room has amazing light, it’s furnished with wardrobe, bedside table, double bed, shelves and bookshelf. 



A bit about us: 

- Shanley (30) works as a business manager. Enjoy exercising, running, chilling out with a good book. Partial to be a having a little boogie at a gig or night out! 


- Kad (30) works as a social worker, works from home once per week at the maximum. Enjoys knitting, cooking and a good class of vino!

About you: 

- We are looking for a housemate who is professional and can help keep the place relaxed, sociable and tidy. 

- We’re not a party household but we love a shared dinner or drink where possible! 

- We would like someone likeminded, similar age that we can get along well with! 



The logistics:

- Room is available for May 1st. 

- Rent is £1430 per month; £476 per month each. 

- We deposit a little extra for bills - usually around 610 to cover utilities (gas, electric, internet, water) and loo roll.

- Deposit is £500.
