The house itself has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so there’s plenty of space for everyone. There’s also a newly renovated garden, perfect for enjoying some outdoor space in the warmer months.

The location is excellent—just a couple of minutes’ walk from Burton Road tram stop, with a journey time of around 20-25 minutes door-to-door into the city centre. You’ll also be right by all the bars, cafes, and restaurants along Burton Road. The M60 is about a 5 minute drive away too.

Parking is very convenient, with a driveway that fits 3–4 cars (currently only two housemates have cars), plus on-street parking available for visitors.

You’ll be living with friendly, easygoing housemates who are respectful and tidy. Everyone cleans up after themselves, making it a relaxed and comfortable place to live.

Rent is £850 per month, with all bills included.
