Double room in spacious 3 bedroom flat Burton Road

Due to our housemate moving in with her boyfriend, we have one double bedroom available in our lovely three bed flat.

The room has a comfy double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The living/dining room is very light and spacious and there is a separate kitchen with modern units. There's an overhead shower/bath in the shared bathroom. We have a communal garden and are close to the bars and restaurants in west didsbury.

We're both young professionals aged 29 and 32. We're good friends as well as flatmates and we're looking for someone who is tidy, considerate to live with and doesn't mind sharing the cleaning. The flat is more like a home than a shared space.

During the week we tend to have fairly chilled out evenings and our weekends are more fun-filled. Although we are a sociable household we do respect each other's space, especially after a long day at work.

A little bit about us....

Katy likes wine of any colour, music, chocolate, a chick flick and the occasional yoga class/ run to balance it all out!

Sarah likes having a creative project on the go, attending a regular dance class and loves researching her next trip away. She is also partial to chocolate and a good home makeover show!
