Quiet Clean Friendly Home

I am a Therapist working in Manchester City Centre. Looking for a respectful clean tidy house mate.

I'm friendly tidy and clean with a good sense of humour and get along with all ages, back grounds and cultures.

I have a well behaved, calm and friendly little dog.
She is hypoallergenic and so does not shed hair/fur or cause allergies.

Large Double Room, beautiful wooden floor, double bed, situated at the front of the house, newly fitted kitchen, shared open plan living room, dinning room office. 🛁 Bath tub and 🚿 shower. Yard outside.

Only one other house mate, me and the little dog.

2 minutes walk to bus stop 6 mins on bus to Manchester City Centre.
8 mins in total to Manchester City Centre.

Aldi and Tesco's 3 mins bus ride away 20 mins walk.

All bills: gas, electric, water council tax, internet and Netflix.
