Double room in Whalley Range

Living room looks like this (before moving in)

I've just moved back to Manchester and into a v. nice second floor, two-bed flat overlooking the lovely Alexandra Park in Whalley Range, so am looking for someone to move into the second room. The flat gets loads of natural light and is an old art deco block so has parquet flooring in the main room and hallway. It was done up recently so the bathroom and kitchen are both nice and modern. It came pretty much unfurnished but since moving in I've tried to get as much stuff as possible but if you want to bring bits to feel more at home then that's also fine.

During the week I work in the media and spend my evenings/weekends cycling, going to the cinema, running, going out (Soup Kitchen, White Hotel, Partisan etc.), going to the football, visiting art galleries, hiking and all that kinda fun stuff. I'm vegetarian but not bothered if you are either.

Really love living in this bit of Whalley Range cause it's so well connected. The 85 bus stops right outside the front door. It's a 10 minute cycle into town, 15 minute cycle to Media City or 20 minute walk into Chorlton. There is also bike parking out the back and one secure car parking space (I don't have one).

Rent doesn't include bills but they shouldn't come to too much.
