Double Room and Ensuite in Whalley Range Bills Inc

I am moving to London in December therefore my lovely double room is available to rent long term. You'll be sharing with Ant, the most lovely human in the world and we are looking for someone chilled and with similar interests to take my room.

The 3rd floor flat is spacious with an open plan living room and kitchen area, a balcony that catches the sun in the summer, and 2 bathrooms which is a rarity for a 2 bed flat!

The whole flat has had a face lift since it was bought 3 years ago and has a new kitchen with gas hob and oven, a new dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Pots and pans and plates etc are all staying with Ant so everything you need is already here!

Both bathrooms have been recently tiled and painted, and the roll top bath in the master bathroom is amazing, I'm going to miss it so much!

Your bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom with spacious shower, toilet and sink. We both share this bathroom as it has the better shower and operate on a casual yet respectful ask first basis. The bedroom has been recently decorated this summer and is available either furnished or unfurnished depending on if you have furniture of your own to bring. Please note the furniture in the photo will mostly be coming to London with me so I'll be buying new things for your room as you require.

There is secure off street parking in the carpark, with an electric gate so if you have a car it will be safe and sound.

The area is quiet and safe, with a co op around the corner, Chorlton tram is a 20 minute walk away or the 85 bus to town is literally at the end of the road. The flat is in a conservation area so it nice and leafy and has Alexandra park at the end of the road too.

Pets considered on application, but unfortunately Ant is allergic to cats and rabbits. I have a dog myself so know it can be a nightmare finding somewhere to rent. Deposit is £300, referencing will be £20, and you'll be dealing directly with me so no agency fees.
