Monday-friday let, perfect for someone who works in Manchester but has weekends away.

The room is small but bright, and it's super, super cheap as all bills are included. Perfect for someone who is looking for a cheaper or short term let.

The bed is still in the room but the other furniture is gone now. The bed is a lil smaller than a double, but a good size!

Sharing with just one person, I work from home and use the living room/main room for work in the daytime, but welcome to be in there and of course in the evening. I also work outside of the home on other days, so that main room is available a fair bit.

Vegetarian, and love to share meals if applicable, but I'm super chill with meat eaters, vegans, no problem!
Friendly and very chill living space, I think it's nice to know who you're living with and get on as people :)

Looking for housemate who is looking for a short term let, or someone who wants something in the week to work in Manchester? And who is respectful of the space and pays rent on time. (I've had issues with late rent so this is very important. (Rent to be paid on the 27th of the month for the month coming up. No late payments! )

No smoking inside the flat. I make dresses so can't really be getting smoke around :) But open to smokers/non smokers as long as it's outside cheers.

Whalley Range area, close to Alexandra park, 85 bus stop into town & 10/15 walking distance to Chorlton. It's a nice quiet street and the space is nice and chill. I'm growing lots of plants and made the living room cosy :)
