Double Room in Whalle Range

Hello, thanks for taking the time to look at my post.

We live in a 3-storey, 4 bedroom house, we have two reception rooms, the kitchen and toilet downstairs.
On the middle floor is a second toilet, the bathroom with a shower, bath and another toilet.
The spare room is situated on the middle floor, it is furnished with a chest of drawers, clothes rail, shelves, and a desk which can be removed if not needed. (The plants will be removed).

We are within walking distance of public transport (tram and buses) to the town centre
12-minute walk to Chorlton where there are plenty of shops, restaurants cafes, bars, and parks (supermarket, Unicorn Grocery)
8-minute walk to the 85/86 buses.

We are all vegan so would prefer vegan or vegetarian.
All bills are included.

The room is available from 6th May.
