Lovely room in flat in Whalley Range

Hello,

My name is Maria I am a 27 year old professional who works out the house (looking to become a clinical psychologist.) I am currently travelling in south America and looking to rent the room when I return, so I have a roomie. The room is pretty big, plenty of space to store clothes and has an upstairs bit to sleep with a cute little balcony thing, and then a downstairs which could be an office/closest/excise area- whatever you fancy!
It’s £550 including bills. The room doesn't have a window, but the downstairs part has a window leading to the hallway for some light, it has a vent and and a fan for air. The bottom part also has a door leading to a hallway balcony.

I am looking for someone who is nice and wants a harmonious, chilled lovely living situation and who takes pride in looking after the place they live in and wants a nice pretty place to stay :).

The room right now has clothes stored in/a walk- in closest in the downstairs area. This will all be removed (including the walk-in closest) apart from the bedroom furniture, as its from my tenants since I've been away.

There is 1 parking space which I use but street parking just next to it is very accessible.

I am pretty sociable and have a nice group of friends in Manchester and a boyfriend. I'm always looking for someone who could easily make friends and add to this dynamic and also introduce people in their life. I am a vegetarian but you don’t have to be and LGBTQ+ friendly💜.

I want someone for May time and would love to meet the people and have them come and look at the house in person. Hoping to do some decorating when I return, I love constantly decorating the house, so it may look a little different by May!
