Hi we are 3 mid 30s to mid 40s professionals living together in a house share in whalley range. Looking for a forth person to join us. The house is lovely and spacious with a large lounge and wood burner , a wonderful kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We also have a spacious garden with some decking and a driveway.
We are looking for a similar type of person to join our household. Must be CLEAN and CONSIDERATE towards others and definitely not noisy.
You will be put on the contract to the house and split all rent and bills equally with the rest of the housemates.
Current pictures show how the room has previously been used but gives a good idea of how light and spacious it actually is.
We also have most furniture but you may want your own bed as the house came with Futons.
We are looking to get someone in by May 1st so if you are interested don’t hesitate to contact us. We will be holding interviews before the 14th of April.
