I have a three bedroom townhouse in a very good location close to the town centre.
There is a path to park your car and if you’re green there is the 85 bus stop not 50 yards away.

The house was only built in 2001 so everything is modern and up to date. I am very clean and tidy around the house and comes with facilities such as full fibre.

The room too let is downstairs with its own bathroom and shower and the use of a big bedroom upstairs with another bathroom for if you have any friends staying.

I have a non overlooked back garden with furniture and when sunny there is a BBQ’s to relax and enjoy with friends.

As for me my name is Steve and I count myself as a young 50 year old male who enjoys my hobbies like football, fishing, mountain biking, travelling and cooking and I also like to socialise. I am after an easy going professional person to enjoy living in the house and treat it as their own.
