I’m looking for a flat mate to move in at the end of June to take over the tenancy as my flat mate is moving out.

It’s a two bedroom flat with one bathroom and an open plan kitchen and living room. It’s a perfect location being around the corner of the bus stop and has free parking.

Council tax- £70 per month
WiFi - £17 per month
Energy - varies but normally during summer between £30-£60 each per month
Rent - £625 each
Deposit - £721.15

I’m a paralegal that works during the week, your typical 9-5 job. With one of the days I work from home. I’m originally from London and I moved Manchester about 2 years ago.

I’m busy during the week so I save the weekend for chill time. I love going out on occasion but also appreciate a night in.

Im looking for a roommate who is nice and easy to get along with, and that I can become great friends with. I respect that everyone needs their down time but would like to become friends with the people that I live with.

At home I spend most of my time baking, cooking, hanging out or going to the gym.
