The room itself is unfurnished but my friend has said she’d be willing to sell her furniture at a cheap price as she wouldn’t need it at home. (£150 for the bed, drawers, shelves & tv)
The room is on the smaller side but easily fits a double bed, shelves and a set of Chester draws. There is a spacious storage cupboard in the hall that is used as a little walk in wardrobe that you can store your clothes in :)
Bills range from around £73-80 monthly and we pay £60 for our deposit monthly.
