Bedroom to rent

Room to rent in my house. I live in Whalley Range. It's a really friendly, quiet cul-de-sac, not too far from Chorlton, very close to the Carlton Club. There is on street parking, which isn't an issue.

Bills are included in the price, including council tax, water, electricity and internet.

The house is from 1890. The house has large windows and is very light. The bedroom is fairly big, it has a wardrobe, bed, chest of draws, a rug and a fire place.

It's a three bed house, my room, the spare room and another smaller office room. There is a shared bathroom, with a bath, a lounge, dining room/kitchen and a garden.

I own the house. I have lived here for 8 years. I work mon-fri 9-5 as a mental health nurse with children and young people in the NHS. I am often out in the evenings, currently doing Salsa a lot, I have done a lot of aerial silks, hoop, climbing, basketball etc. I am social, however as I mentioned, I am often out in the evenings.

I am vegetarian. I would like to live with someone else who is. Mostly I don't like meat being in the house, I don't mind if you eat meat but wouldn't want it being cooked in the house or left in the fridge.
