Hello! We are looking for someone to fill a room in our house until September - October 2026, as our landlord will be selling the house after this time.
We are a laid back household, pretty sociable, enjoy eating together and watching tv, whilst also being busy with our own routines and hobbies. You’d be living with Catherine from New Zealand (25) and Izzy (myself) from wales (27) who both work 9-5s.
The fully-furnished terraced house has space for bikes in the hallway, a shared office/study, one bathroom, a shared living room, shared kitchen and a garden with a little shed.
We are situated on the chorlton/whalley range border, 10 minute walk from firswood tram stop and 4 minute walk from the 86 bus route. And we have on street parking if you drive.
Rent is £450ppm with broadband included. Bills on top usually averages at £100.
