What’s the Room Like?
This room is massive with high ceilings and it's own access front door which is only used for this room.
Fully Furnished: Bed, storage, big desk and all the essentials you need to get settled in. Has its own little hallway to the room where you can store coats and shoes or even a bike.
Desk Space: If you're working or studying from home, there’s a handy desk with a comfy chair.
Bright & Airy: Big windows that let in loads of natural light, making the room feel spacious but also cosy at the same time.
This room also comes with parking for one car at the back of the flats. There is a shared garden at the back of the flats as well which has grass and is lovely to sit out on.
This room is a quiet, comfy place to chill after a long day or is less than 20minutes to the city if you prefer doing lots of activities.
In Whalley Range you’ll be in one of the most popular areas of Manchester, with shops, cafes, and parks just a short walk away. Alexandra Park is minutes away. This park has a park run every Saturday if that is your thing and has a lovely cafe at the centre. This park is pretty big and has a tennis court you can book and lots of space to relax in the spring and summer. There are a lot of events that go on here in the summer when you would be subletting this room.
Transport: Easy bus routes into town from the end of the road. So getting around is a breeze.

What’s Included?
Rent doesn't include bills. Please send a message for a breakdown of the bills. We do not pay water or gas and there is only electric in the flat so this reduces bills a lot.
You'll be sharing with a friendly, laid-back flatmate who respects your space but is up for a chat. You will also be sharing with a Cat called MooMoo who keeps to herself but will observe you while you are in the kitchen sometimes.
