Double room in Whalley Range

One of our housemates is moving out in April so we're looking for someone to take over their room. It's a lovely big house in Whalley Range on a quiet street a couple of minutes away from the Carlton Club. The room available is spacious and has a door that opens onto the back garden so perfect for summer. The house was unfurnished when we moved in so you'll need to bring your own furniture for the bedroom.

We're a sociable house but also like time on our own so looking for someone with a similar balance. Ideally, you’d be a cat lover too, as we have a friendly ginger cat called Ozzy :)
