Furnished Double Room in Spacious Flat Share

Large double sized bedroom - comes with bed, fitted wardrobes, sofa, and table.

There are currently 3 of us living here but I will be moving out and my other flat mate is moving to Canada. I think the third may possibly be staying.

The flat comes with a large shared living area that is furnished with couches and shelves. There is also a work station in the corner of the room. The kitchen is furnished with a washing machine, fridges, freezer and oven. The downstairs bedroom (shown in photos) and one of the upstairs bedrooms also share a bathroom and toilet which are separate. Photos of these rooms to follow.

The flat is in a great location with the post office and 24 hour convenience store just downstairs, Morrisons is a 10 minute walk, and Firswood tram stop is also a 5 minute walk. There are also bus stops directly outside the flat.

Bills come to about £100 each between the three of us - made up of Council Tax Band A currently £118 a month, Gas & Electric roughly £140-£180 a month, and Wifi roughly £30 a month.
