Sunny room in colourful house

I'm Gemma and I own the property. I live here with housemate Savannah and cat Molly. I work as a teacher part-time and am completing training to become a counsellor/ psychotherapist.

The room is south facing and not overlooked. It has a desk, wardrobe and lock on the door.

We're generally pretty quiet and chilled in the week but can get a bit more sociable at the weekend!

We're really well located with just a short walk to tram and bus stops making it convenient to get across the city easily. We're also close to shops, bars, restaurants and some lovely green spaces too.

Looking for someone who is clean and tidy, chilled but up for a chat and maybe even a glass of wine now and then!
