Quiet double room in friendly house, Whalley Range

A cosy room, with double bed, available in a comfy house, with usual mod cons including Wi-fi broadband, small garden, wooden floors, and wood burning stove in boho Whalley Range. The house is in M16 (3 miles from the city centre) 10 mins walk to Chorlton, 5 mins walk from 86/85 bus routes, 15 mins from Firswood tram). 5 mins walk from Jam St Cafe, and Hilary Step bar. The beautifully restored Alexandra Park is a short walk away.

The medium sized room is quiet, overlooking the garden, with lots of wardrobe and cupboard space (but no desk). Downstairs is a shared kitchen and knock-though living / dining room with wood-burner. There is one bathroom, shared with me. Room for a bike in the garage, and there's on street parking.

I'm looking for a friendly, independent housemate with similar working / sleeping hours. Sometimes you will have the place to yourself if I stay at my boyfriend's. My cat also shares the house. I like to be considerately tidy and am looking for the same in others. I enjoy music, gigs, film and the great outdoors.
