The house is a beautiful Edwardian terrace in Whalley Range. It's a great location: equidistant between Firswood and Chorlton tram stops, within veggie haggis throwing distance of Unicorn and all the other Chorlton wonders, a 2 minute walk to amazing cornershops and a sweet little park and a 5 minute walk to The Hilary Step and Nip and Tipple...what more could you want eh?

I've filled the house with a homely jumble of mid-century furniture, a heap of books, a sizeable stack of vinyl and enough ceramics to open a tea shop. You'd share the kitchen/diner, bathroom and lovely sunny garden with the other (great!) housemates.

The room is downstairs at the front of the house and it has gorgeous stained glass windows and a period fireplace.

I am in London doing a masters and am letting my room to tenants whilst i'm away. We're looking for an all-round good egg: left wing, dependable, kind and communicative. Ideally we want you to feel at home and to share your space respectfully with the current tenants. This home is a real haven so we're looking for some one to fit in with the calm/quiet atmos and cosy vibe.
