I have single bedroom for rent.
I have garden as seen in photo which I maintain sorry I don't have any photos of my house but usual 2 bedroom house with bathroom and stairs and that. Not adverts my spare room to anyone my current house was old work colleague. However current housemate is leaving by end of May and need new one as soon as possible to help pay for my mortgage. Although we barely talk and he kept to himself which I'm fine and he dropped news that be leaving by the end of may.

If you wish to your privacy I don't mind that as well.
One rule is if going invite anyone over please tell me in advice. I don't mind house guest and I'm expecting any house guest I will also let you know.
Other rules like try to keep kitchen and that clean and tidy.
I'm very tidy person myself and the garden you don't need to worry as I take care that of myself as I'm a gardener at my job.

If any questions please ask and phone me and if I'm work don't answer my phone leave a message and call you after I finished work which usual after 4pm to 5pm.

I'm also straight Male and I have a girlfriend (need to say as other website I ended up creepy messages from people)
