We have a fabulous en-suite room available in a lovely modern house in Whitefield.

There is a shared kitchen in the house and a separate shared lounge, but some room’s also have a private fridge etc. As well as an en-suite shower room, this bedroom has a brewing up area with its own sink, fridge, freezer and washing machine, all integrated behind stylish modern grey cupboards.

The house in general has spacious bedrooms each one with its own bathroom or shower room, so no sharing of washing facilities!

Whitefield has great local amenities, shops, places to eat etc, the house is 2 mins walk to the Metro and the M60 is close by for commuting. There is off-road parking, an enclosed garden with a newly laid Indian stone patio and the house is located in a very nice area.

Non-smoking household of 3 professionals who are friendly but not intrusive.

Please note we don’t take a deposit, but do ask for 2 months rent up front which covers your first and last month of tenancy, so when you give your notice your final months rent is covered by this payment, which people like as it puts them in a great position financially if they need to get a deposit together for their next property etc.
