The house has a good sized shared kitchen and a shared lounge with a further brewing up area so no queueing for the kettle required! We also have a landscaped garden with an Indian stone patio and off road parking. Whitefield has loads of green spaces and places to relax and socialise. The house is 3 mins from Morrisons, a gym and the park for getting out in the fresh air. If you are working from home there is plenty of space, if you are not you can reach either the motorway network or the tram within 3 mins - tram to town (20 mins) or elsewhere - easy commuting.
Please note: We don’t take a deposit but we do take two months rent to cover your first and last month of tenancy. So at the end of your tenancy when you give your months notice the last month is already paid so you are not waiting for a deposit to be returned etc, which many tenants have found useful over the years.
