Fabulous double en-suite room

We have a fabulous double en-suite room available now. Ideal for professionals.

My husband and I are the only two people that live in the property.
There is parking outside, or a bus stop just at the bottom of the road.

We live in Whitworth, where there is a local Tesco and Co op a 5 minute walk away. Rochdale town Centre is about a 10 minute drive away.

We prefer that people don't cook in the kitchen please, if you prefer, the microwave is available and you will have access to tea and coffee.
Apologies we have had tenants before and they ruin the pans and the kitchen, leave plates around etc.
So its much easier not to have people cooking.
We have been using spareroom for about 16 years and have had amazing tenants.
I do work for an estate agency so your application will be vetted professionally.

We are very friendly and welcome either gender to share our home. We also have an amazing 150 foot garden which is available to use.
It's a very quiet and peaceful place.

Please note this is a no smoking, no vaping home.
