My boyfriend owns a house in the town centre of Wigan and is looking for a roommate while I study and live elsewhere in Manchester! It’s £500 a month for the room, all bills included. It has a lovely kitchen, spacious dining and living room and a small back garden. It’s semi-detached on the end of a nice quiet street. There’s a Lidl right outside and a short work into the centre for all sorts of shopping/work opportunities.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, a desk, chest of drawers and a railing to hang clothes. It’s available right now! Please share this with anyone looking for a place to live in the wigan area! LGBT friendly, pet friendly, smoker friendly, couples are ok but it’s quite a small room (would be subject to a slightly higher rent price if so.)
