Spacious, semi-detached house with double room becoming available from 1st March 2022. Great location in Withington, 5 mins walk to Mauldeth Road station, also close to main bus routes into town. Cheap rent for the size of the house and rooms all spacious. With all the bills included it works out at about £350 a month (utilities, council tax, internet & TV all set up already). You won’t find a better deal for this kind of property with such a good location!
Room free from 1st March-30th June on current contract, so we are looking for friendly professionals to help us keep the property filled until at least the end of June, with a view to signing a new contract for July 2022. We are all professionals who work full time, enjoy watching films, games, gigs, days/nights out and sports.
Landlord very friendly, laid back and sorts out any problems that arise quickly and hassle-free. He has a gardener that keeps the lawn mowed etc and a good maintenance team at his disposal.
