The house is very conveniently located near Princess road in Withington, very close to the 101/105/109 bus stops which comes every 5-10mins. It takes 10mins to University and 20-25 mins to city centre. Metrolink stops nearby too.
Plenty of different supermarkets and parks nearby. There's also a gym and swimming pool within 5min walk.
The house has just had a new bathroom and roof, has all the necessary furniture and many storage spaces. It is well organised and kept clean.
