3 rooms available in a 6 bed house, 3 double rooms, two on the bottom floor and one on the top. All rooms to be rented have double beds and great natural light.

The house is on the edge of Fallowfield and Withington area! A bathroom and toilet on each floor, large kitchen and living area, and a massive garden! + fire pit and grill for Bbq season! and someone comes to cuts the grass. There are bike racks and locked gate to keep them safe (with space for a car).
In a really good area, a coop about 10 seconds away and sort walk from buses and pubs.

We are moving due to covid/financial issues. You would be moving in with 3 lovely girls, 2 students (2nd year and masters) and one recent graduate! Ages 22 to 24!
The rent is 449 a month BILLS INCLUDED, with a 525 deposit. The tendency ends 30th June (so around 6/7 months), the house is owned Jim, who is a very nice landlord!
