It is with a heavy heart that I look to pass the tenancy torch (and key!) on from this humble dwelling. Despite lockdown gloom, these lot have kept me happy and laughing and I can honestly say that you will not meet a better bunch. The house itself is well adorned (as you can see!) and the living room is a true hub for house dinners, film nights and birthday celebrations. Nice garden patch out the back, with a sheltered sofa - a nice spot to bask in the (rare) Manchester sun! And the occasional bonfire makes also for a nice motive.
Your room is a nice spot indeed. Whilst fairly small, I find it has a lovely feel to it and I have spent many a lovely evening winding down and enjoying the cosy space.
Why am I leaving then?? Good Q. I have been offered a once-in-a-life time opportunity to work on a project in a Lab in Dundee. But in order to do this, I must find a tenant in Manc. Withington is a really lovely, lively, and arty area of South Manchester. Dav. avenue is well away from traffic noise but 1 minute walk to bus stop for Uni's and city centre etc. and 30 secs walk from Old moat park too! Coop, bakery, Sainsburies etc. all within 2 minutes walk.
Your future housemates are a special, welcoming bunch who love all things food, film and outdoors. They look forward to meeting you. Don't hesitate to ring me with any questions :)
