Private bike shed and parking space. Shared spacious bathroom with bathtub on first floor. Extra toilet on ground floor. Two rooms available from June 30th, En-suite available from July 31st. Current Flatmates include PhD student and Post-Doctoral researcher at University of Manchester, friendly clean and easy-going. We need two people to move in at the end of June and one person to replace the tenant in the en-suite in July. PRICE AND BILLS: Rent is £350 per month. Bills total to about £50.
