This is a fantastic 3-story house just a stone’s throw away from East Didsbury Village, West Didsbury’s Burton RD, a 7-minute train ride to the city centre, close to the 50 bus route, 2 parks and loads of amenities on the doorstep.

At £317 per month rent for room 1 or £290 for room 2 and £170 for all bills, it’s a steal, especially for the area!

We’re a friendly, clean and tidy house that loves to socialise, cook, go to gigs and listen to music, watch a good film and generally keep fit and active.

We love our house and we’re sure you will too. The photos don’t do it justice!

I'm a young professional working the NHS. My current housemates are moving out around the start of July, so the rooms are available from then. However, there might be some flexibility around this date.

If this sounds like a good fit for you, I’ll be more than happy to show you around physically or virtually.

Both rooms are furnished double rooms on the first floor with an additional room next to them for extra storage and hanging space (storage room shared with Jessi).

Rest of the House

First Floor – A clean family bathroom (with a bath and shower) is shared between these 2 rooms.

Ground Floor – A good-sized lounge and kitchen/diner, downstairs WC and patio doors to the garden.

Second Floor – My room and bathroom with loft storage.

The whole house is fully furnished so you just need to move in and make it your home.
