I am looking for a student to takeover a tenancy from 05/07/2024 until 02/07/2025. It is a 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Withington and is a 4 minute walk to the bus stop. The room is large with a double bed and fully furnished.
We are currently a group of 3 girls and 2 boys in our first year at UoM. We are all sociable, and we are happy for someone from any uni to join us.
Rent is £157 per week, which includes everything except gas and electric.
