Room In 4 Bed House In Withington

i’m sadly leaving my room in this lovely 4 bed house in withington, sharing with 3 lovely lovely people !! 2 of them are queer so like mentioned in the tags, queer friendly is a must.
bills usually come to around £100, with electric being slightly more in winter taking it up to around £130. this includes wifi, water, council tax, gas, and electric.
room is on the bottom floor at the front. there is a downstairs bathroom with a shower through the living room + utility room which no one else really uses so can treat that kind of as your own!
there is a garage which can be used for storage (usually where we keep our bikes)
we have a cleaning rota and take it in turns to buy essentials (general cleanliness/tidyness is very important)
location is great - a few minutes walk to the 111 stop which goes all the way into town, or 5 more minutes to the main 143/142 routes. co-op and sainsburys within a 5 minute walk, burton road tram stop is around a 15 minute walk away.
