Fun and friendly house share in Withington

We are a sociable house who do things like walks in the peaks, nights out, playing games, cooking or just hanging out watching films. We pretty much all work Monday-Friday regular hours, so it isn't too loud on on weekday evenings. We are looking to keep the vibe of the house, so if this sounds like what you want from a house then drop us a message :)

Average age is abour 30 and we're all professionals in the house, so we're looking for someone minimum 25

Bedroom is 2nd floor with a lot of natural light and a good amount of floorspace.

The house is on the Withington/West Didsbury border, only 5 mins walk to all the restaurants, bars and Metrolink tram stop on Burton Road. Only 1 min walk to regular buses into Manchester City centre.

The house has a large lounge with a projector which is great for film nights. We also have large outdoor space wih a fire pit and BBQ. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a tumble dryer. There is space for two cars on the drive and there is also plenty of on street parking (with a free permit).

LGBTQI+ friendly.

Council tax band D, included in the rent.
All bills + house supplies + fortnightly cleaner comes to approximately £100 per month.

Our landlord does not allow short term lets or pets.
