Located in the heart of Withington and close to the main transport links.
The room is in a large 5 bedroom house shared with 2 others and 1 dog - Steve (owner), Emily (long-term lodger), and Bonnie (friendly Staffy). No plans to rent any additional bedrooms as they provide a spare and study.
The house has 3 bathrooms so this room comes with (almost) exclusive use of the main bathroom (only otherwise used on the odd occasion guests are staying). It also has a shared sitting room, dining room, kitchen, and large garden.
Steve and Emily are both professionals in 40s so we’d be looking for someone of similar maturity. We’re also very clean and tidy so require the same.
Straight or LGB absolutely fine but must be a dog lover as she has zero respect for personal space.
Rent includes all bills and weekly cleaner.
