Current tenants are 23 y/o and are studying and/or working (all hours of the day). We are looking for females only who are preferably post graduates/young professionals. We are both clean and tidy and appreciate a chill and quiet house.
The monthly rent is £498.33 pp, the monthly bills (including water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi and tv licence) are £134.66 pp and the council tax is £68pp per month.
