Hi, me and my housemate are looking for someone to take over a tenancy in our house from now until the end of June. Property is located in Withington, a 5 minute walk away from main bus routes into the city centre, universities and south Manchester.
Current tenants are 23 y/o and are studying and/or working (all hours of the day). We are looking for females preferably who are preferably post graduates/ young professionals. We are both clean and tidy and appreciate a chill and quiet house.
The monthly rent is £498.33 pp, the monthly bills (including water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi and tv licence) are £134.66 pp and the council tax is £61 pp per month.
The spacious double bedroom being let is on the ground floor of the house and there is permit parking available on the street.
