Double room available in a two bed flat share, in Withington- fully furnished.

Fully equipped, with private entrance, has gas central heating and double glazed windows.

It has a large dining/living room area with one double sofa and a large dining table. No tv, so you will have to have your own.

Shared kitchen which includes all appliances, including a washing machine and also a clean tiled bathroom with overhead shower.

The room available is cosy. The room includes a double bed, stand alone wardrobe, desk and a chest of drawers. There is also storage elsewhere in the flat.

The flat is located no more than a 5 minute walk from the main road which has a number of local shops and bars. It’s situated off the major bus route to and from the city centre with buses running every minute. It is also only a ten minute walk from the nearest tram stop which is ideal if you are a commuter. The flat has a private driveway if you need to park a car as well as free parking on the road if you’re a permit holder.

If you’ve read this far and you like the sound of it, then I’ll tell you a bit about me and what I’m looking for.

I work as a Nursery manager, Tuesday-Friday. During the week in the evenings I enjoy winding down from my day and relaxing at home.

At the weekends I do enjoy going out from time to time and socialising with friends and family but I am a homebody so I do love to chill out at home on my own and have lazy days when I can. At times the odd friend or family member may come over but overall I’m a pretty private person and like my own space. I tend to do all my socialising away from home! Obviously I want to get to know who I live with but we don’t have to be in each other’s pockets and I respect people’s privacy and would expect the same back.

I think it’s important that we do feel comfortable with each other and that you feel at home in the flat. You should be:

- clean and tidy! Willing to share cleaning of shared areas.
- someone who doesn’t mind a bit of music being played from time to time.
-reliable, friendly , laid back and trust worthy with a good sense of humour.
- someone who likes their own privacy and respects others.

The rent is £467.50 p/m - all bills separate but split equally and payable on a monthly basis, including internet.
