Designer house, brand new furniture and lovely housemates.
Located few seconds walk to the main bus stop with direct link to city centre and airport on the other side.
Lovely location opposite park, next to Withington library with loads of cafes pubs and Withington bath leisure centre.
I have lived in this property for 2 years and very sad to be leaving but got a place on my own.
There are 3 girls and 2 boys in the property, lovely people and house feels very homie. Everyone are professional work different schedules but up for a chat or drinks every now and then.
I’m moving out on 1st of May that’s when the room will be available to move in (bank holiday weekend)
Agency are very professional and caring, never had any issues with anything.
Lovely cleaner comes every two weeks to clean communal areas (inc rent)
