We're both (a youngish!) 33, sociable and outgoing and would like a housemate we can become friends and socialise with. We like the odd night out but equally enjoy staying in cooking or watching a film etc especially during the week.
Ideally we're looking for a tidy professional (admittedly the room's interior would better suit a female) who is sociable but is also respectful of other's privacy.
The room is at the back of the house overlooking the patio, with solid wood flooring and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house is on a quiet, safe street with a gated alleyway to the rear.
