An opportunity to live in a characterful and very spacious Old Coach House converted into a 5 bedroom house all with ensuite facilities and secure private parking.

We are a friendly group of female professionals looking for another female to share this amazing house, we are an independent bunch but up for a laugh, a drink and occasionally enjoy a group feast with guests on the long table in the upstairs living space or a bbq outside when the weather permits.

The household consists of Rebecca a PHD/research student has lived in the house for nearly 7 years, Jemma who works as a dietician and has lived here for the last 4 years, Ashleigh who works as a Field Scientist who moved into the house 3 years ago and more recently Roisin who is a PHD student.
Everything about this house is spacious, the furnishings include a double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk and chair and a comfortable armchair.
The room available is on the ground floor it has its own bathroom and easy access to kitchen and garden.
The upstairs living room is massive spanning the whole width of the property featuring the original wooden trusses and velux roof windows. This room has plenty of comfy seating, T. V and a long dining table for celebratory meals plus a spare bed for visitors!
The fully fitted kitchen downstairs is slightly smaller than desirable but includes all you would expect plus a dish washer.
There is also a utility area at the other end of the house which includes a small sink, fridge & microwave, & washing machine.
Outside there is private parking by the house and an outdoor garden area with picnic table, great for when the sun shines!
Withington Village has a special vibe recently made all the more colourful with the ongoing award winning project 'Withington Walls' giving street artist licence to spray paint shutters and street furniture!
There are many independent cafes and interesting shops as well as a Sainsbury's & a Coop in the village.
Excellent bus transport into town.
The metro which gives fast access to the airport and the whole of Manchester is 15 mins walk up Burton rd as are the well known restaurants and independent shops of West Didsbury. The nearest train station is Mauldeth rd a 10 minute walk.
